GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE AND DELIVERY

Except in the case of a special agreement, orders are processed within a maximum of 5 working days of receipt of your payment. If the deadline is extended, we will contact you to notify you.

We offer FREE SHIPPING for orders over $ 100 CAD and before taxes.

* Delivery costs are determined according to the destination and not according to the weight of the package (please contact us before placing your order to know the fixed cost of your destination).

COLLECTING THE PACKAGE AT THE WORKSHOP / SHOP

You can pick up your items directly at our Workshop / shop located at 312 Fleury street West, Montreal, H3L 1V3 and save transportation costs. Simply select the "pickup in store" option when you finalize your order. As soon as your order is ready, we will notify you by e-mail and you just have to let us know when you want to come !

EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY

We guarantee consumer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, an exchange for an item of the same value is allowed. If, at the time of the exchange, you do not find an item of the same value or we are out of stock in a size you want to exchange, a coupon code will be issued for future purchases on our online store .

The item will be returned at the expense of the customer. We accept exchanges for a period of 7 days after purchase. BEFORE RETURNING A PACKAGE, THE CUSTOMER'S RESPONSIBILITY TO EMAIL WARNING THAT IT WILL RETURN THE PACKAGE to [email protected]. The item must be returned in its original condition. Any damaged product will not be exchanged.
